This website does not set cookies, does not use any analytics or tracking services and does not embed content from third-party servers. Fonts, images and videos are delivered directly from our server.

3. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When you visit the website, Vercel processes technically necessary data (IP address, date and time of access, page accessed, browser type) to deliver the website securely and reliably. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Log files are automatically deleted after a short period. Data may be transferred to the USA in the process; this is based on the EU Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 GDPR), which are part of our data processing agreement with Vercel.

4. Contacting us

You can reach us by email or through the contact form. In doing so, we process the data you provide (name, company, email address, phone number, company size, content of the message) exclusively to handle your request and for pre-contractual steps resulting from it (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for this purpose and no statutory retention obligations apply.

For delivering messages from the form, we use the email service Resend (Resend, Inc., 2261 Market Street #5039, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA) as a processor. Data may be transferred to the USA in the process; this is based on the EU Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 GDPR), which are part of our data processing agreement with Resend.

Your data is not shared with third parties unless this is necessary to handle your request or required by law.

6. Your rights

You have the rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law, you can lodge a complaint with the Austrian data protection authority (dsb.gv.at).
